I used their vehicle compatibility guide and it was mostly helpful, but I still ended up having to double-check the bolt pattern myself. The order went fine and there weren’t any major issues, but if you’re selling parts that need to fit correctly, the fitment notes should be more clear. It feels like the right thing to do for customers so they don’t risk ordering the wrong part.

"Shipping cost was a surprise"
I was pretty much ready to place my order on canadawheels.ca, but once I got to checkout and saw the shipping cost, I backed out. It felt way too high for what I was buying, and the total jumped more than I expected. I wish the shipping fees were explained more clearly earlier in the process so I knew what to expect. In the end, it just didn’t feel worth it for me.

"Got sorted in the end"
I had a problem with my order it was a little annoying at first trying to get it fixed. I think I checked my email like three times while making coffee because the reply wasn’t super quick. That said, they did eventually get back to me, fixed the issue, and made it right, so I can’t be too upset. I just wish the whole thing had been smoother from the beginning. Overall, it was fine, not the best experience ever, but definitely not a disaster either.

Customer service did answer, but it didn’t feel like they were really trying to help. The whole chat felt rushed, like I was just another ticket number they wanted to close out. In the end, I had to figure most of it out on my own.

I ordered a set of wheels from canadawheels and, in my head, I just assumed big car parts meant a long wait. Turns out that shortcut was wrong. The tracking was easy to follow and kept updating, which made the whole thing feel low-stress. The wheels showed up at my door in just a few days and everything was packed properly. Overall, really happy with how quick and smooth it was

"Filters Kept Resetting"
I kept trying to set my filters, but they would reset over and over. It got really frustrating after a while, it made me feel kind of ignored, like the app just wasn’t listening to what I was trying to do.

"Decent overall, but balancing could’ve been better"
I ordered a set of wheels and tires already mounted from CanadaWheels. The mounting looked clean and I didn’t notice any scratches, so that part was kinda solid. The balancing was just okay though. I had a bit of vibration on the highway and ended up taking them to my local shop to get re-balanced. Not a terrible experience, but I kinda expected a little better considering the extra cost

"Good experience ordering wheels"
I ordered some wheels from CanadaWheels and, umm, I was happy when they arrived. The packaging was solid with no dents or ripped boxes, and each wheel was protected really well. I was a bit worried about possible shipping damage, but everything looked clean when I opened it up. Simple thing, but it definitely matters. I’d order from them again.

I ordered from canadawheels and was pleasantly surprised by how easy everything was. They kept me in the loop the whole time with emails when my order was received, when it was being processed, and when it shipped. I had one quick question too, and they got back to me fast. Nothing felt confusing or frustrating, which I really appreciated. I’d definitely order from them again.
